Please support your local needlework shop and order our charts and tools through them. If you have a nice local shop, YOU are VERY fortunate! You CAN also order through our website and request it be filled by YOUR local needlework shop by putting a note in the comment section at check-out. We will contact your shop and inquire if they would like to fill the order.
However, if you prefer or do not have local needlework shop, we will gladly accept your retail order.
How to Order at Designs From Margaret Lee:
Online: Please use our online shopping cart system. It does NOT process payment information, it ONLY sends us the ordering in a formatted email and makes ordering easy.

Shipping:
We charge a minimum of $4.95 for shipping and handling. Most orders under 2 pounds are sent by First Class or Flat Rate Priority Mail. Most orders over 2 pounds will be shipped UPS. We try to ship orders within 2-3 days, and if it will be longer than 5 days we will try to notify you by email.
Priority Mail Flat Rate:
- Envelope: 12-1/2" x 9-1/2" $4.95
- Small Box: 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" $5.20
- Medium Box: 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-5-1/2" $10.95
- Large Box: 12" x 12" x 5-1/5" $12.95
Payment: We ONLY accept PayPal. A payment request will be sent to you after we calculate shipping charges and any tax that may be due. Maryland residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
Foreign Orders: We welcome orders from outside of the US. Foreign orders are sent by Air Mail or Global Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise. Some restrictions may apply.
Returns: We do NOT allow returns on books, charts, magazines, fabric, special orders, floss or fibers, charms or bead packs or opened kits. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Security: All of the customer information you give us is kept strictly confidential. We will NOT, at any time, provide your information to anyone! Information that you enter at our site will only be used to verify billing information and to ship your purchases to you.
